This luxury hotel is located directly beside the fine sandy beach in Cancún's hotel district. A selection of bars and restaurants as well as a shopping centre are to be found in the near vicinity. The centre of Cancún, which lies some 10 km away, may easily be reached by making use of the public transport network for which a stop is located directly in front of the hotel. The international airport lies about 20 km away.

14 junior suites and 555 double rooms are available to guests in a 14-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building.
