The hotel is located just minutes away (150 m) from the long, fine sand beach of Playa de Palma. Featuring a relatively peaceful location on two side streets, the hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle yet still in close proximity to countless shopping and entertainment venues (200 m) between Balneario 4 and 5. The ""RIU Centre"" is approximately 1.5 km away; the centre of Playa de Palma and its many discos is just roughly 1 km away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (150 m away).
The hotel was renovated in 2023. The hotel has 8 suites, 30 single rooms and 42 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a car hire service and medical assistance are available.
