This comfortable hotel is situated in a wonderful location beside the sea. It is just a few steps to the inviting Playa Pocillos beach, just across the promenade. The centre of Puerto del Carmen, with a multitude of entertainment venues is located 3 km away and easily reached using the regular bus service (which stops 200 m from the hotel) or by taxi.
The hotel was modernised in 2020. 530 rooms, including 40 junior suites, 4 suites and 419 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and 6 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.
