The resort was modernised in 2024. The resort has 526 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 5 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a banquet hall are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.
