Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A currency exchange service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and 2 conference rooms are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.
