The hotel was modernised in 2023. The hotel has 370 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A 24-hour security service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities.
