The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a childcare service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a conference room and a hotel doctor are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.
