This attractive apartment complex is situated in the tourist centre of Costa Teguise, in the middle of a wonderful well-tended garden. It is approximately 150 m from the nearest sandy beach. The town centre, with several cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs surround the hotel. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the hotel.
The hotel was renovated in 2019. Guests have a choice of 164 rooms and 74 junior suites. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
