This complex is located just some 20 metres from the Mediterranean in the Bafra region of Yeni Iskele on the north-eastern coast of Cyprus. It lies about 30 minutes' drive from the centre of Famagusta, with its restaurants, bars, tourist centre and shops. It is around an hour's drive to Nicosia and Ercan International Airport is approximately 75 km away.
