The complex lies in the most beautiful area of Chania, Kato Daratso, which is 4 km west of Chania city. The complex also is located only 300 m from the sea and built on a verdant plot of 2.7 ha. The city airport is 14 km away.

The holiday village has a lift and features 140 rooms, including 5 suites and 60 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock.
